Thursday Threads - Age of Ultron

With Avengers - Age of Ultron coming out tomorrow, I thought it would be the perfect time to feature all the awesome new threads that are coming out for this movie.

Her Universe for Hot Topic

I am the most excited to see the reveal of this line for pre-sale! Not only do I love Her Universe and Hot Topic, I'm super excited that these are the designs from the winners of the Her Universe fashion contest that happened last year.

I am in love with these dresses! Especially the Captain America one!

Ashley herself, wore this ensemble to the premiere!

Ashley didn't give all her fashions over to Hop Topic, she managed to keep these fun tees for her own site.

We Love Fine

We love fine, and we love these designs!

Although I love that they use models with different body types and ethnicity, I'm not sure how I feel about them putting their measurements up. I guess it will give you an idea about how the designs might look on your own bodies. 

Living Dead

The Living Dead always have fun and bold prints and these are no exception.

The costume dresses are always my favorite!

Think Geek 

Think Geek also managed to get a cute costume dress and of Cap! I was hoping that they would have more in this line, but only time will tell.

Geeky Winter Wonderland

Tis the season once again. I haven't been in much of a Christmas mood lately, but this may be due to the fact that there is no snow yet. I should be getting use to green Toronto winters, but as far as Christmas is concerned, there should always be at least a little.

Marvel Jewelry

Oh Geek Jewelry, you make me so happy!

I'm so excited the retailers are finally getting that women are geeks too. Finally they re making things that fit with both our femininity and our geekdom. The newest part of this is Marvel Jewelry.

Marvel and 1928 have teamed up to bring us some awesome earrings, rings and necklaces!

Spiderman

As much as I like the Spiderman jewelry, it kind of reminds me less of the comic book hero and more of jewelry you'd find around Halloween.

Captain America

knowing my face as well as I do, these earrings would look silly on me, but I still really want them. I'd probably make them into studs and use the rest of the links to make bracelet. Also, I'd probably turn the necklace into a hair clip.

Wolverine

I totally love these earrings! I want to make my own Wolverine costume at some point and these would go perfectly with it.

The Punisher

The earrings totally scream Punisher to me, but the ring is a little hard to tell. Unless you get a close look at it, it's going to be hard to see the skull logo. Then again, unless you know who the Punisher is, you probably won't understand the earrings either.

Thor

I really, really, really, really, realllllllyyyyy want these Thor earrings! How cute are they with Mjolnir and the lightning bolts? Even the Mjolnir ring is awesome!

While researching this, I came across these other great earrings from Think Geek.

These are totally more my style. I love a good pair of studs. Yes, I know Batman isn't Marvel, but he's awesome, so I don't care :P
